The current resource grades is not correct. The quality is defined by percent. an average depost returns 100%, Each step represents +- 20% from base. So a very low is 60% of nominal production, before upgrades. High is 20%, Very high is 140%. Note that the wonders are defined as using average numbers, so a mod could give plus 40% production to excavator and mohole
